1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bh998 website accessible at https://bh998.io and all associated pages, services, and features.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to bh998 and its operators.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in Your Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one Account on the bh998 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile number. bh998 reserves the right to require documentary evidence verifying any information provided at registration at any time.

You must notify bh998 promptly if any of your registered details change. bh998 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

5 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bh998 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bh998 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request you receive purporting to be from bh998 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify bh998 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bh998 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your bh998 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the Account flagged for review.

bh998 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bh998, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time business hours to be confirmed. bh998 does not charge platform fees on local mobile wallet deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes during BST hours (09:00–23:00 BST).

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. bh998 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for routine transactions. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and does not imply any accusation against the player.

If your Account holds active Bonus Credits, withdrawals of real-money funds may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements are met. You may choose to forfeit active Bonus Credits in order to release your real-money balance for withdrawal; contact [email protected] to request this.

• Processing time for mobile wallets: approximately 15 minutes during BST business hours
• Processing time for bank transfers: up to 24 BST business hours

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bh998 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sports cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion detail page.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from wagering bonus credits may be withdrawn once requirements are met.
• bh998 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, or wagering patterns designed to fulfil requirements with minimal risk.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bh998 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, or virtual sports — as displayed within the Platform at the time of play.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey, bh998 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors.

For casino games and live casino titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi, the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface take precedence. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record of all game events.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bh998 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform or in any game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by any third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants You any licence or right to use any intellectual property of bh998 without express prior written consent.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

bh998 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

bh998 shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: network failures, payment provider outages, natural disasters, force majeure events, or changes in applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data
